We have taken been taking the dogs we have owned to Richard for over 20 years. Our second dog is now 12 years old and had an operation last week. I dropped him off and was reassured that he would be well looked after which he was. I was updated on the operation and how my dog was doing via text message throughout the day. I returned today for a check up and the staff there were second to none. Very Caring and advising what was best for my pet. Waiting time in new inn is minimal with the animal needs put first. Thank you to all the staff at Well Pets. The operation scar is very neat and my dog is now home and recovering well thanks to the care provided by the staff.

I have been going to this vets with ozwald since he was weeks old he's now 7 he's had a skin condition for a good few years and we've been fobbed off with the same 'reason' the truth is you are just leeches and want to such the money from your clients. I thought enough is enough something needs to be done and took him to a different vet who diagnosed the problem straight away. Years and hundreds of pounds later ozwald is now fixed no thanks to you lot!

The problem I have with any vets is that they are leeches and will take you for every penny you have.

I have relentless and constant issues with my dog, fox mange, ear issues, this issue, that issue to the point where I am honestly thinking of putting it out of its misery and having it put down.

But the treatments and costs involved to sort out fox mange, ear issues, etc, etc are now to much to warrant the constant expense of this dog.

I have queried their costs, and it is the same old corporate bull-S reply of, but we hardly make any money, we hardly this and that. Guess what, I do not believe you, you greedy and take advantage vets.

1 Star, is as good as you get, because you know you take the biscuit with your charging.

I normally use a large chain practice but I was informed my indoor cat needed his teeth cleaned. I contacted Wellpets in New Inn as I'm local and it's a small practice and I'm glad I did! The staff are knowledgeable, very helpful and treated my cat as one of their own. He usually stresses being away from home, but on this occasion, he was completely calm and I put that down to the small practice and the staff. Highly recommend this practice 😻

Very disappointed today with this Vet. I arrived on time for my little dog to be spayed. I was informed they had phoned me and had no success.
My Dog was booked in 3 months ago and I have my phone beside me and my mobile on me at all times.
No alternative message, no mms and no email. I was then told to go to Fairwater if I wanted my dog spayed today !!!
I travelled to Fairwater to be informed she wasn’t booked in and the reception didn’t know about the change. I waited to be seen by a vet who quoted phone numbers and an address that wasn’t mine.
An hour after her original appointment my little dog was taken for her op.
I was informed I would be contacted about 2pm with an update, didn’t happen, so at 2.40 I phoned to get the update and was told she wouldn’t be ready to come home until 4.30 the worst time for traffic and delays getting her home a full 7.30 hours after she was dropped off.
We chose this Vet because of its location since I am disabled and my partner works long hours.
There was an assumption that I could just travel to Fairwater and after 3 months booking and preparing our wee dog and ourselves I had no choice. We have discussed the situation and will be taking our Dogs elsewhere

Great vets and receptionists. Always efficient. Have been with them for years and would not change taking my animals anywhere else.

How are these people still in business and who are all these people giving positive reviews, are they all deluded and old?. Not a good vets at all, always seem to be shut and they have stuck up staff who think they are special.

No, much better vets than this. How are they still open with no staff and a poorly executing and very expensive service?.

Who is also giving these positive reviews, because I think most of them are fake.
