My springer spaniel Ffion, had surgary yesterday, and the Nurses, vet, and receptionist staff were fantastic. Ffion is a very nervous dog, yet seeing her come out on the lead later in the day ,i could see she was comfortable. Thankyou all.

Fantastic veterinary surgery, lovely staff, our second visit while on holiday, as our dog needed treatment. He is on the mend & the medication is working well. Easy to find, parking. Thank you to all the staff.

I have five cats under the Oaks care and two cats that are currently having ongoing treatment for illnesses. I've been with the Oak for many years and can't fault them in the care and dedication they show to all the animals they treat.

Its a freindly practice and very accommodating they have always managed to fit my fur babys in for appointments when needed and I trust their advice implicitly. The reception staff are always lovely and manage to put up with my usally tearful phone calls asking a thousand questions when I'm worrying about my cats health!

One of my cats had a panic attack during the journey from home to the practice and the vets took her from me straight away to give her oxygen and a lovely vet sat with her the whole time Bop was calming down. Tilly apsolutly loves all the vets and staff hear and head bumps everyone and relaxes on the table like it's her own personal veterinary practice! That in itself tells me she trusts everyone and is clearly receiving great care.

I know vets can be expensive but any medical treatment can and I don't think you can put a price on good care! My advice is if you dont have insurance (we dont) is to create a seperate savings account for your pets and to add to it each week or month so you have a cusion if they get poorly same as you would for say a dentist appointment.

Every step of treatment is explained and I always have a clear understanding of what is being done and why, I trust all the vets hear and know that I can put the medical care of my cats in their hands and the best will be done for them at all times.

I've found all the staff hear to be kind clam and caring to pets and owners! I (as many owners) can become very emotional regarding my pets and often become overwhelmed if I'm worried, but the patience and kindness I'm shown as an owner is wonderful because they (staff) don't really need to be dealing with a stressed out owner as well as poorly pets! I always leave knowing my cats are going to be taken care of!

Its a lovely practice with a calm feel, everyone is always lovely!

Bop, Tilly, Bella, Jinx and Stooshie are all very greatful to you all as are we!!!!

Oak veterinary practice is always very approachable when booking appointments and the receptionists helpful and pleasant. The vets are willing to listen and show empathy if you are concerned about a pet.
The vet also give full information and potential costs in their consultations.

When you leave the Oak you know, you have been listened to and your pet is in the best hands, receiving or having received full attention and the best treatment possible. After all, our pets are our babies, fur or no fur :)

Absolutely brilliant vets practice nothing is too much trouble and they explain everything as you go and answer any questions no matter how trivial.
