They were amazing!

We asked for an appointment with them today as our family dog was not right all of a sudden. They were so welcoming and insightful. I’ve been with them with other pets with my partner in the past and they were fab then, Sharon especially at the reception today went above and beyond to be helpful, so was Dr. Jordi. Felt in very safe hands with our dog, thanks again guys! 🐶✨

The service at this practice is outstanding, from the wonderful girls at the front desk, the brilliant nurses and amazing vet that dealt with our cat Shadow. Without doubt the best vet practice I have ever taken my animals to. So kind and caring not only to the animals but also the owners. Thank you so much to you all, for everything you have done.

have always taken my cats to this practice and had excellent service. About six weeks ago my cat passed away in my arms and I called to ask them how to arrange cremation, etc. The level of compassion and support I received was overwhelming. I will never forget the beautiful card they sent me or the absolute total empathy shown by the staff. Just taken my two year old cat for his booster and had another great experience. This practice really cares about animals and people and I can’t recommend them highly enough

First time pet mum and I couldn’t have asked for a better service! All staff were so so helpful, especially Sharon on reception. Answered all my questions, some that I didn’t even know I had and set me up with a brilliant plan for my little Brody all the while saving me money. A huge shout out to Sharon for going above and beyond when my regular vet cancelled my dogs vaccinations without informing me! Despite not taking on any new clients, Sharon was able to offer me an appointment within 48 hours at a time that was suitable for me, and more importantly my dog was able to get his booster on time which enables him to go on his doggy holiday! The vet that saw my dog was very helpful and it was a stress free visit, thank you all!!

Highly recommend this practice. Vet, nurse and receptionists were all extremely professional and friendly. As a new cat owner I couldn’t have asked for a better standard of service and feel confident my cat’s needs will be met throughout his life. The reception staff, Sian and in particular Sharon, put me at ease from my first phone call and provided an excellent standard of service and care during my visit on 25th October. I spent a while in the waiting area, which was understandable as an emergency case was being dealt with, however the staff acknowledged the delay and were apologetic. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone and am glad I was able to register as a customer.

I would like to personally thank Sharon at the reception for all her help with our pups. She helped with all questions I had, was very professional and very kind. Definitely would recommend vets4pets Blackwood. very caring for our puppies and very respectful. Very glad we joined this vets!

The reception team are so helpful from start to finish, they're really knowledgeable in terms of knowing what to book and what plans will save you money for what you need. I brought my kitten in today and they were so nice! The vets are also great, seem to really love animals and tell you what yo expect and what they're doing which I always like to know.
