Vets4Pets - Wrexham Plas Coch

Until recently we had been using Rebecca’s veterinary practice, for a number of years. I must confess we were a little hesitant to use a surgery inside a chain store, but the Vets4Pets that we were using closed down. Rebecca and her staff treated our elderly cats, Milo and Fizz until end of life (18), with respect, kindness and they put the cat’s welfare above profit. Both my wife and I were touched by their kindness, consideration and aftercare, we would not hesitate to use Rebecca and her team for future pets. Highly recommended.

All members of staff I interacted with were caring, friendly and helpful. Everything was explained clearly. I felt my pet was in good hands when I had to leave her for further tests. I fell they genuinely care for animals.

They booked him in quickly he was seen within an efficient time considering we didn't have an appointment and then the vet was his usual one so he knew patch and was helpful even helped with the fact that if this happens again he will have to investigate further with scans to find out what's going on with patch he even given him an injection and his pain relief so hopefully this will work without any further problems but if there is to take him back and they will need to investigate more

As always, an absolute pleasure. The vet was kind, explained everything well. I was offered several options in examination and treatment and was not pushed to take one or another. When I rang up the next day for follow up questions the receptionist was quick in finding an answer. Overall a great customer service and care experience!

My dog had health problems & they tried everything to find out what the cause was, she now has an allergy jab every 4 weeks. Fantastic vets

Just by calling them.they know who you are without needing to ask. My cat has asthma, I had ran out of tablets and they not only rushed them through bit also made sure Ripley would be fine while waiting. Wasn't fobbed off in any way. If not for them, and teaching us about what she had our cat wouldn't be with us.

Always a pleasure to call or visit vets for pets Wrexham. The vets here are very caring and explain in detail of their findings and procedures. The telephone staff are polite and also caring and attend to your request in a professional manner. Thanks to everyone at vets for pets for looking after our little dog (toby) over the past 6 years. And kind words when he lost his fight at a young age
