The reception staff were always friendly and chatty, but the quality of the consultation were poor. The wait for each appointment was between 20 and 45 minutes and I unfortunatley had to seek a second opinion from a different practise. The vet at Campbell's couldn't be bothered to look for his equipment to do a proper examination. To add insult to injury I was then charged almost £30 for this consultation despite being part of the healthy pet club, and advising the staff about the what had happened.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had an appointment at 4:30 and was sat in the carpark with my dog and 9 week old crying baby for an hour and a half. I called twice to be told it won't be long and they knew I had a newborn with me. They diagnosed my dog about 10 weeks ago with an eye ulcer and have said he needs a contact lense but keep giving us and charging us for drops instead as they can't get the lense in without sedation which we advised them would be the case as he is very fussy and hates the eye drops. I think they are doing it to rip us off to be honest and to see how much they can get away with. Awful service. Very unhappy.

Had my dog booked in today for the snip. Booked in for 8.30am. Total disregard for my time (not for the first time) in checking him in, having to wait outside (due to Covid) for over half an hour making me late for work.

Got a call at midday to say that they weren't doing his surgery today due to emergencies; having known from early morning that they were too busy, not even a receptionist apparently could call to ask me to come collect him.

They totally forgot about my dog alone and distressed sat in a cage for hours all for nothing. I understand emergencies take priority but they are cruel to my dog to not call me to pick him up as soon as they knew they would not be able to operate on him.

He's been distressed in a cage for hours for absolutely no point at all.

Today I had to do what most owners hate, put my dog down.
My English springer spaniel was 13years and 3 months and was struggling so badly that he could only walk for 5 minutes and he'd fall over.
So on the 3rd of January 2023 I had called and asked if I could bring him in, I had a 9 am slot. I was taken to the room by a lovely lady and I was there calming my boy down as he was trying to get up to comfort me( I had put off this for a long time). The vet came in and question me and was giving my dog a medical check over, I felt that he thought that I had just made a decision there and then to get rid of a pet. I felt that I wasn't being a good owner and I had failed my dog. Yes I had a go at the vet and yes I know it's their job, but if they think it's easy to do what is needed after I had a my boy for 13 y and 1 month through thick and thin and him being my light on my darkest days then they are wrong.
The vet should look it up on their computer before and then think that it is the HARDEST thing anyone has had to decide to do.

All the staff were very helpful when I brought in my new puppy for his first visit. He loved the receptionist, and the nurses helped to keep him calm during his examination. The vet, Tiago, was very knowledgeable and provided me with information to take home - and at my request, they sent me some more info by email later! We had a brilliant experience 😊

I was a customer here for many years, with both my cats being registered. A few weeks ago my elderly cat got very sick, and i rang the vets as a emergency. I was told because this cat wasnt register with them, they wouldn't see her. Luckly Vets4pets told me to bring her straight down. Shame, ill never go to RC again.

My dog had the end of tail amputated. I am very happy with the expertise of the vet and the post operative care given by the veterinary assistants. The receptionist are also very friendly and helpful
