not a good place to work even for a first job. however it does pay a bit more than the dole but you won't be here long enough anyway to enjoy the few hundred quid "better off" you'll think you are and the job adviser will preach to you. it is extremely short term.

I was here twice, the second time round a good 94% of the original people a year later had been given the boot and replaced. they set ridiculous targets that to reach the standard would require literal running around dragging a pump truck with easy over 1 metric tonne of clothes - they are not going to increase your minimum wage pay if you do exceed targets. we have a name to call these people - "Enthusiastic Slaves"

my advice would be to do yourself a favor and purposely fail the drugs test, save ya self the heart ache but also so jobcenter cant force you to come back. Hell will freeze over before any DHL manager admit to lazy, arrogant slacking. They put their feet up drinking tea and eating mince pies, a single isolated finger pushes a button to create new and improved profit margins so managers can fly in by helicopter instead of drive like the "little people" while operatives are working a sweat, breaking backs worrying about fake fantasy targets that stretch beyond human capacity for effort.

Worst place I've worked for they tell you you to work week in hand and you get back when you leave. But you don't..

24/7 DHL don't and I mean don't work for this place. You have been warned. That's all I have to say.

There's high adherence to safety measures in this place. Clean area too

Change of agency and pay rise improved the workplace but still long way to go recommended to make quick £ and over time rate is not bad starting at 37.5 not 48 like a lot of places do.
