Had a very unpleasant experience with this company. I ordered my sons christmas present. After I purchased the item from them with free postage within the UK as stated in their advertisement, the seller contacted me to inform me that if I didn't pay an extortionate price for delivery, they would cancel my order even though I had already bought it. I don't believe this is fair as it was described as having free postage. I was basically told to cancel the order or organise my own postage, the item was highly overpriced already so I had no option but to cancel the order.
