Very happy with the service received. The guys were very knowledgeable and fixed my dishwasher in no time at all. Have used them before to repair a washing machine and will definitely use them again in the future. Highly recommended.

Update in response to your response:

1. It was me who suggested your repairman phoned the office so I can do BACS not them. I certainly did not refuse to to a BACS, it was my suggestion, get your facts straight. If you accept cash and your call out is £48 do you not think your staff shoikd have change or do you just expect customers to go oh don't worry keep the change.

2. The smell was from the minute I opened the front door, not our machine, I sent you a personal email describing the smell. It certainly was not the machine, unless you're saying our machine smelt of cigarettes as well as other unpleasant odours. We don't smoke by the way. So that answers that for you.

3. We phoned prior to describe the problem saying we think the ball bearings have gone. Assured it wasn't we agreed to a call out. Surprise surprise the ball bearings were gone. Could have saved £48.

Machine couldn't be fixed as past point of repair...however they only took cash but had no change £48 call out charge so you'd need change!, Their card machine wouldn't log on, they stank terribly I'm afraid and our house still smells, didn't offer to remove their shoes even though it's raining so now washing the floor too. Not great won't use again

Excellent same day service .Repaired my drier in half an hour . Left the place spotless.

I had M&B come today to repair my washing machine i explained what was wrong and with in a minute they told me the fault it was the bearings unfortunately it couldn't be repaired so I asked if they had new ones in they replied yes told what they have i decided which 1 I wanted and Mark the older chap said give him an hour to go back and collect my new 1. He was back within the hour it was a pleasure they showed me how it works and so on very pleasant gentleman and went that extra mile for me thank you very much indeed for what you have done 5☆

Fantastic company Answered my call with in a few seconds arranged to come out in a couple of days to fix my washing machine and a few days later my tumble dryer broke so they come back great job guys highly recommended
