Took my wedding dress here to get it dry cleaned last week and they did an amazinh job. Someone spilt wine down the back of it and underneath the dress was black. It looks as good as new now. I was a bit nervous as it has a lot of beads on it, but they did a great job.

Don't get your shoes re-soled here - rubbish quality and overpriced.

The Angriest Key Cutter/Key Bodger in the UK, The Quedgley Timpson Terror .... What a disaster, today I decided to get a spare key cut for my Honda Accord at Timpson Key Cutters in Quedgley Tesco .. what a big mistake, after much grinding and dropping things and lots of swearing by the Angry Key Cutter, even on the 3rd attempt to cut the £69 replacement key, it still didn't fit even though the very angry little Key Cutter tried ever so hard to force it into the door lock and attempt to turn the new badly cut key number 3 he had just made in the ignition of my low mileage Honda by brute force, after a lot of grunting and swearing I had to ask the Timpson Key Cutter to stop forcing the key to turn the ignition and get out of my car and give me the key back before he snapped key number 3 in the barrel, I finally got a £69 refund after the half an hour fiasco whilst he butchered 3 badly cut useless Car keys, that all ended up in the Timpson Shop Bin. I think the Key Cutters impatience, incompetence and the blunt Key Cutting Bit he kept blaming for the fiasco was never going to end in a successful outcome for my car! The Manager/Angry Key Cutter tried to excuse this poor service by telling me any new key you have cut won't really fit properly and will be very stiff and difficult to operate the Car door and ignition locks, very strange, I wonder how Vauxhall, Ford, BMW, Fiat, Skoda, Nissan & Honda ..... and most other Key Cutting Services manage to produce a key that smoothly opens the car door. If you value your Car Locks please stay well clear of Timpson/Tesco Key Butchers in Quedgley.

Can't understand why there are no signs on the door etc stating that a face cover is required to enter.. Maybe Timpsons don't care about protecting the Staff
