Great place, got my little vintage clowns and ragdolls polished and attached to a chain I have, also had some little lost gems replaced on them, I was served by Jo and she did an absolutely fantastic job, couldn't recommend it anymore! I'll be going back to attach some more when i find some!

Sensational service, modified my Seiko and the outcome is fantastic, also purchased a strap the selection was endless. Wasn’t able to collect my watch for a while, and the staff were very accommodating, with very gentle reminders so I wouldn’t forget to collect. 100% recommend

Oh my gosh what lovely, lovely people I met at The Watch Surgery stall in Bluewater. Firstly I spoke to a young lady that worked there, she was immediately there to offer help. I told her my watch didn't seem to be working then the gentleman that worked there stepped in and fixed my watch. It took him seconds. He said it was so easy to do that he wouldn't charge me but I've had that watch for at least 2 years and I had tried for many hours to fix it and I couldn't. I'm so so grateful.

Excellent customer service!! Yet again, fantastic buy from Watch Surgery. Staff is always very friendly and importantly, helpful, not like in other similar places. I have also had two repairs of my watches in no time. Fast, efficient and welcoming. Would definitely recommend them!

Absolutely AMAZING service. I had a really bad day this day as I lost a watch and tried to even fix another at tampons which they weren't able to fix. There was exceptional customer service when I got to watch surgery assisting me to get a watch I loved. they were also able to fix the watch that Timpson weren't able to. MADE MY DAY. I'll be coming back here whenever I need a watch or one to be fixed !!!

I took 2 watches here last week, one for a battery and the other for a strap. Both done within the time i had a coffee. The young lady serving me was very polite and the quality of the work was great. I will 100% be coming here again. Keep up the good work.
