Great advice.
I called, fearing my Baume & Mercier needed a repair. But the lady gave me advice and explained how my watch was fine, as an automatic I needed to wear it, not just put it a draw waiting for special occasions.
She could have taken me for a walk..but didn't. Thanks.

I visited Love Jewellery to enquire about fixing a valuable ring with worn/snapped prongs which also needed a diamond reset.

My experience was very positive, I was met with a warm welcome, my item was inspected, tested & the needed fixes explained, which fell in line with what I had researched. All my question's about the store, the processes & if they had any examples of previous works were answered/shared. This helped me decide my valuable item would be in good hands using their services.

I was quoted a price which I felt happy with, the weight & materials were all verified & logged clearly, under witness & I was given a time frame of when the fixes would be completed.

The next day I was contacted to confirm that the ring was ready for collection. On reviewing the item I was very pleased with the quality of the soldiering, shaping & finishing/cleaning.
