My fiancée bought a Fossil smart watch from here to work with my iPhone, primarily because their display showed an iPhone working with the watch.
The watch has limited functionality with my iPhone so we had to return it, as it didn’t work as advertised. We really had to fight for a refund and spent a good hour trying to get our money back.

Has good collection of bags and watches at best discounted price 🤑

The deals were great. Customer service needs work. Very inflexible and not putting in effort for the customers. Mildly disappointed but happy with the prices.

Horrible customer service. Walked past and saw the shop was completely empty so decided to walk in and then I immediately understood why no customers were in the store.

The two members of staff on the shop floor acted as though my husband and I didn’t exist. They were talking amongst themselves about weekend plans and other unprofessional things that made us uncomfortable.

We actually wanted to purchases many watches as gifts for family and friends so in a desperate plea to get them to notice us we asked the young lady about smart watches to which she replied “that’s all we have.” Nothing else. Horrified by our treatment (I’m sure if we were a few shades lighter they would have been all over us like a rash) we left.

I will be emailing fossil customer service because all the other fossil branches I’ve been in have been brilliant (I live in central London). Clearly the team at this branch received the same incompetent and prejudiced customer service training as their neighbours at Tommy Hilfiger. Doesn’t really hurt to smile, say hello and do your job does it?!
