Fossil Store Cambridge

My particular interest is the smart hybrid watches with a battery that lasts for months. They look like standard elegant analogue watches. Customer service was excellent, knowledgeable and very helpful without being pushy.

Both my partner and I have Fossil watches which we purchased in store and love. Every time I need a strap or battery replaced, the staff are so lovely and helpful. I recently got a watch engraved and was so chuffed with their service. It's worth traveling into Cambridge for their excellent customer service!

I could not rate this shop enough! Was shopping with hubby and saw a few bags I liked. They were awesome in helping me choose. They were very attentive and friendly and I never felt pressured into buying anything. I chose my bag (which they then gave me a 25% discount on) and then told me I could have it engraved. This was a lovely touch too. Anyway I then ended up treating myself to a pair of sunglasses too!

Astonishingly good customer service! Replaced my watch following a failed repair at the Fossil repair centre. Staff were friendly and quick to put things right. Thank you Fossil Store Cambridge!!

Excellent customer service from the staff in Fossil. Had to return my Collider as the Smart Screen went awol. After checking the watch and the App I got an exchange without any hassle.

Emma is amazing!!!! We went to the Cambridge store on the 27th Dec to look at a backpack that I have wanted for absolute ages. Emma was so helpful and knowledgeable on the products. I walked away with the Parker Back Pack and a Hybrid Smartwatch! Both on an amazing offer!! I even had to ring the next day as I don't live in Cambridge and I couldn't get my notifications to work on my watch. Emma talked me through it step by step. She is an asset to Fossil and I will definitely be going back.

Can not believe how rude a female member of staff was today, completely unreasonable! Being exempt from wearing a mask means I do not have to wear one in, being rudely questioned & having her raise her voice at me in front of so many other people is disgusting. If I already have issues in that area what a way to make someone feel even worse & belittle them like that!!
