As always, I have received the most amazing service and experience; professional, kind and informative. Firstly, the professionalism from Elle during the visit was top notch including her attention to detail and kind, chatty demeanour. I was extremely impressed with Elle’s knowledge on the brand and finer details regarding the specific watch, helping build my knowledge on the product and I can openly say she most certainly helped me with my purchase. She carefully explained certain areas and details in such a clear, educated and concise manner. Furthermore, being extremely kind and informative every single step of the way, offering a beverage upon arrival to add to the great experience. Overall, the service was extremely smooth, easy and clean. Being totally honest, I’d give 6/5 stars if I could. A fantastic level of personable and professionalism from Elle you were amazing as always. I will most certainly without a shadow of doubt be returning again- lifelong member for sure. To top it all off, I also received a kind and warming welcome from every member of staff there! Can certainly recommend the whole outfit.!!!

What a great experience we had yesterday, Jasper was so helpful and knowledgeable, he helped us find the perfect watch for my mum for her birthday, with telling us all about the Cartier watch and the history behind it. If you go to goldsmiths Canterbury please ask to speak to Jasper, he will help you with all of your needs. He is definitely a credit to the store.

I was initially looking at 3 different models, each from a different brand. Wanting to see them first hand, and try them on .Making an appointment to see someone in advance was a great choice.

We had a couple of calls leading upto the day, to ensure we were to arrive as planned, and to see if we wanted anything special ordered in to drink.

We had coffees on the day which were very nice, served with an after eight. We could have had beer, champagne etc, from the fully stocked bar instead.

Jack, the Breitling specialist was incredibly helpful, leading us to a table with a mirror, and comfortable leather chairs. We never felt rushed and were with him for about an hour and a half.

Jack let us see as many watch models as we liked, and I tried on at least 10 models, he was very knowledgeable about them all. After showing Jack a photograph of my existing collection he gave me really useful comments as to what might go well in the collection.

It was a wonderful buying experience, that made the day for us.

Picked up a watch that I have been waiting on for a while. The day finally came! Both Elle’s I dealt with initially - their warm and friendly demeanour was very welcoming. Dealt with Rob for years, previously Glen, both of whom are also highly diligent and in contrast, experts in their field. They have all the knowledge and help readily available, effortlessly at hand. Pleased to have been dealing with them for years and won’t go anywhere else for any jewellery needs. All pro’s. Thank you!

The staff member that served us definitely went above and beyond. We went in looking like a couple of homeless on a walk around and they served us like royalty. Amazing place and came away with an amazing replacement wedding ring for my husband :)

Special mention to Ben for going above and beyond expectations, taking the initiative to orchestrate a resolution of a time sensitive dilemma whilst liaising with numerous colleagues including the manufacturer . Ben took the trouble travelling to my home this evening in his own time to hand deliver a suprise Christmas gift for a family member that had unfortunately been scheduled for delivery next year.
