A recent purchase of a long awaited watch was an absolute pleasure, booked the appointment online, swift correspondence confirmed the make and model I was interested in. Helen Wang was my sales advisor and she could not have been more welcoming and made myself and my partner at ease and relaxed. They even kindly offered to clean my partners engagement ring while we were reviewing the watch. I have not seen it that clean since the day I purchased it. After that Helen took us through the watches features and explained its history. It was not a pressured sale or hard sell at all. I tried a couple of versions on and decided on the one I wanted and negotiated a deal we were both happy with. The watch was fitted as I wished before I left and was packaged perfectly. I would not hesitate to recommend this branch of Mappin & Webb for a watch purchase and in particular Helen, who was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. It was certainly an enjoyable experience which you want when purchasing a luxury item. I will be back in the future for sure.

Took my Omega to the branch in Cambridge, bought it at Watches of Switzerland in Regent Street, the clasp failed after only two months, I took it to them first in the branch in Brighton, not very helpful other than recommending that I took it to Mappin and Webb’s in Cambridge.
Was seen by a guy called Mark, his customer service was exceptional, got it sorted for me within two weeks!
Picked it up today was served by another guy who’s name I don’t have, he was great as well.
Highly recommend them!

Fantastic service from Anil and Sally. I registered my interest in an exclusive brand last year and this week I got "The Call".

Sally dealt with me on collection and was a delight to meet and talk to. Any company's biggest asset are there staff and WoS group would be well advised to look after and invest in these two as the service and experience shows.

Quite possibly the worst AD and experience I have ever had. Do not deal with them, as they do not look after their customers who have spent considerable money. Sally in particular, promised a watch, arranged an appointment for the weekend, I then let my parents know of their 25th anniversary present (Rolex Watch) is waiting for them, to then have a phone call from Sally to say Mappin and Webb cannot sell me this watch due to accusing me of selling a watch I purchased from them months ago. No Evidence was provided. No contracts were signed to say I can't sell the watch If I did't like it. It's my possession not your business quite frankly. Having now messed up once in a lifetime 25th Anniversary of my parents marriage present I would hesitate if you're looking at purchase a watch from this store.

I always find the members of staff happy, helpful and friendly. I had my watch checked and tested by the in house watchmaker. Great service.

Impressive customer service at Mappin & Webb and we have purchased such stunning jewellery from them. I would not hesitate in going back there again; they made our visit into a very memorable experience.
