Great experience, couldn't fault the salesman. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Had the watch I wanted, strap adjusted perfectly.

Do not use this company. They will sell you faulty products, and when they cannot be fixed or exchanged for the same product they will withhold your money from you. Offering you a "product within same price range" won't bring back the engagement ring you sold as quality goods, when it actually had a crack inside and all they have to say is that they are "acting within consumer acts law" because they are offering an exchange. They have had the ring for about 4 months in total (when we only got engaged in December) as each time it had to get fixed it went under "quality control" to make sure it was okay, although it is funny how they only noticed the fault the third time it went into the workshop to be inspected (again). Once I asked for a refund I got told they cannot offer that "as they could then only sell it for parts" which is I guess our fault that they sold a not fit for purpose ring?
They are selling cheap overprices products, with their promise of quality, which is a lie. The worst customer service ever, and I have worked in customer service my whole life.

I Went into store to look for my wedding ring with my fiancé in staines. Only ring I liked was in goldsmiths but we couldn’t afford it at the time.

my partner ordered it online as a surprise a month later but the wrong ring came ( ended up being our own error in selection on the rim style however the website didn’t specify clearly, easy mistake )

We took it into store and was greeted by Hassan. He was absolutely brilliant!
if it wasn’t for him I would have returned the ring and looked somewhere else.

Online purchases are not linked to store purchases however Hassan took it upon himself to sort out the problem for us.
After a couple of weeks a new ring was made and sent to the store.

If Hassan hadn’t taken such care in our situation this review would be alot different.
I would recommend Hassan as a go to colleague for any purchases as he is amazing at his job.

I was not able to buy what I needed, but the sales lady was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Really excellent service, particularly as I was just redeeming Tesco vouchers. The staff couldn’t have been any more helpful if I’d been spending millions! I was greeted, shown where the items were which were of interest to me and left to browse. Immediately I needed a closer look an assistant was there (not too close, we’re still wearing masks!) and I was given ample opportunity to select the jewellery I wanted.
I’m happy to recommend and I will certainly be visiting again.

I cannot praise this store enough for their amazing customer service, twice they have had to order in items for me, they are courteous efficient and very friendly. I rang with an enquiry Wednesday had a phone call to say my items were there Saturday. Popped along to pick up and even though they were super busy they gift wrapped for me. Dominic and his pal were a delight to deal with. Huge pat on the back deserved, hope you all have a happy healthy and safe Christmas would not hesitate to recommend thank you xx

Very good service. They repaired my MK watch free of charge. It did take a few weeks but this was mentioned when I first took it in. When I went to see if it was back, it was there waiting for collection. Very happy with the service.
