Montblanc Boutique London - Heathrow Airport T4

Was gifted a ball point pen from this store. The warranty card had not been stamped. 2 months down the line the pen had snapped, contacted Mont Blanc heathrow and explained the situation, regarding how I cannot send the pen of to Mont Blanc as the warranty had not been stamped so asked if I could send them the booklet for them to stamp.

Was called a liar and that none of their staff would ever forget to stamp the booklet, and accused me of having a fake pen.

Couldn’t exchange a high street purchase but were friendly and gave me a spare to keep me going until I could get to the high street. Thanks

My wife bought a wallet for me at this shop. When she was holding a wallet to look at it their staff called the security thinking she wanted to steal it. Embarrassing experience, unprofessional staff. You are lucky I was not there at the time, you would not get away with this.

Was looking for a pen for my 14 year old son. Stopped at Mont Blanc terminal 4. All the pens in stock were quite thick, so I asked the "employee" if they had thinner pens. What I can say is that arrogance and disdain are not the correct skills their "employees" need to handle simple customer requests like this one. I am pretty sure that investing in customer service trainings for Mont Blanc staff will provide a high ROI. Moral of the story, ordered a set of pens from Pierre Cardin online.

Customer service is not up to Mont Blanc standards. They are diluting the brand with this kind of service. The gentleman who was serving me was rude and arrogant. He even sold me the WRONG refills which I have found out later! Please double check from now on.
