I recently purchased a watch from OWC, I can honestly say it was the most pleasant experience I have had in a long time whilst shopping. The service received and the attention to detail provided, not withstanding the excellent knowledge from the staff. I was presented with various options from different brands to suit my budget. Other retailers I visited pushed me for the quick sale. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Wowww....What an outstanding experience I had selling my watch to Official Watches and especially George, who I had the pleasure of dealing with throughout the whole process, from my initial phonecall to the completion of my watch sale to them. If I could give him 10 out of 5 stars I would, because he deserves it..
The sales price was agreed in a couple of emails and I was in and out the boutique the following day with the sale complete after dropping off my watch. No drama, no fuss and the price I was promised in advance was honoured and the funds were transferred into my account within an hour of me leaving the boutique.
I cannot recommend George or Official Watches highly enough and will definitely do business with them again in the future, especially if I have a watch to sell. Not only do they offer and pay the highest and fairest prices in my experience, but they are also good, decent and honest people who keep their word and can be trusted !!!!
