Michael Jones Jeweller

When looking for my wedding ring, I decided to go to Michael Jones first so I could get a rough price and idea for a ring. The rings were beautiful, and they had a huge variety. I was then shocked on how inexpensive they were! I easily found one that would be the perfect size and style for me. I then went around to all the other high street jewellers such as H Samuel, Goldsmiths, F Hinds etc. I also searched all over the web. I couldn't find anything even close to the price or close to what I wanted. I returned to Michael Jones and brought the ring from Liv (Olivia). I explained I was moving to Tokyo soon and she helped me work around this. Liv kept me updated via email and the ring shortly arrived. It was beautiful, but one size too small. I sent it back via post and explained that I was leaving for Tokyo any day. Within a couple of days the ring arrived back in the post with the perfect size.
I am usually that customer that always complains if service is not 100%, however on this occasion, I honestly believe this is the best customer service I have ever experienced! Me and my Fiancee couldn't be happier with the ring. Thank you Liv and Michael Jones for everything!! ❤️

Can't recommend this business highly enough - first class service from initial enquiry to purchase. Wasn't sure whether I wanted a 42,44 or 46mm watch - they made sure all 3 were in stock and available for me to try at my appointment.

Very pleased with my purchase. First of all, I was looking for a specific Gshock model that it was impossible to find and after searching on Google I found it in their website at really good price. Then, I made a couple of questions about it and the costumer service always give me a quick response, they work really well. And finally, very very surprised with the package, I didn't expect that, it comes really protected with one external box plenty of something like little "marshmallows" and then they wrapped the genuine watch box with something like 1st class paper sealed with wax stamps, looking like important present. Ha, and they sent it to me whit next day guaranteed delivery before 1 pm, which is very important if you are expecting expensive items. And that's it, I will recommend their website and services so that's why I'm leaving this review, thanks, Joaquín.
