FOSSIL Store Stratford

I came into the store to see if my old watch could be fixed but it couldn't. However I bought a new one for half price with the offer that's available and the service I received was excellent. I didn't get the lady's name , only that she was the training manager. I can honestly say that the service lifted my day 🙌 Thank you 😊

Lovely store. I bought a watch and had it engraved in the store.

There had been a little mistake on the back where a "2" didn't print right. I went back to the store and they fixed it for me with no problem at all.

Would definitely buy from again

Outstanding knowledge and advice!! Popped in with my faulty watch for some help and guidance, both of which were promptly provided. I also learned a very valuable lesson too! Having bought my watch at a third party airport retailer I was unable to progress to repair or exchange in store today. I was however given valuable guidance on how to proceed. Being lost without my Smart Watch I asked for a battery for my old Fossil Q, this was kindly replaced free of charge. Totally beyond my expectations, thank you!! My lesson being, buy direct!!
Third party wasn't interested in helping until I used the info provided at Fossil, Stratford. They soon had a rethink and have now accepted my watch for repair/exchange.
Whilst I was unable to proceed with Fossil today, the service and advice was spot on and I will not hesitate to return, or recommend them. We even discussed a plan B should I have no luck with the third party retailer. An option that remains available, so I could be back soon.

Oh my days. Following my visit last week, I was back again and again amazed by the customer service. Following the fantastic advice I received from the store last week I reached out to the retailer I bought my watch through, I managed to leave it with them for repair, only after challenging their first response, of can't do anything for you. I waited a week to return to their store, waited ages today only to receive my unrepaired watch. They explained that it had remained in store as they couldn't make any repair. Couldn't make it up. So, off to Fossil where the feel of the store and the service is just amazing. Wow, wow, wow. I was acknowledged as soon as I entered the store and assisted straight away, I would definitely return and recommend this store without a doubt. Thank you Denise for your help and understanding today, you're an asset to Fossil.

Very kind and lovely staff, really recommended. We left our watches for adjustment and they were done quickly with care.

Outstanding help from the whole team! I’ve been looking for a piece from the HP collection and while the item was indeed out of stock at the store (due to very limited number of pieces), the lovely team of the Stratford team has giving me suggestions and help to get the item from another store. Not to mention that they went looking through all their cabinets to check if they really didn’t have a single piece. Thank you so so much ladies!✨

Brilliant customer service! I had a hybrid Q watch which was not pairing correctly and time was not displayed right. The lady spent time, fixed all settings n did set it up as required. I have been a fossil customer since 6 years and I just love their service!

Went in and i knew what I wanted to get. It was a beautiful dove grey with rose gold trim solar powered watch, and not only did I get a 15% discount for registering for additional information, I also got an extra £40 discount thrown on top, since the Watch itself was over a certain price - absolutely loved it! I think it's the best thing since sliced bread! The staff are absolutely amazing and thank you so much for the the discount! The people are so helpful and polite and really know how to give you what you want- I can't sing their praises high enough!

The Italian girl was really helpful and kind with me. Really professional service. Love my watcha and fit perfectly ❤️
