My whole family has got swatches. They are the best. Especially with the 2 year warranty, which you most probably won't need lol

Where else can you get rh calendar altered on your current Swatch, get a free battery fitted, change a strap, but a watch and window shop for your 66 th birthday present. .. bought by someone else obviously. Don't go to visit at weekends, you won't get the service you deserve. Not the staffs problem just the sheer number if people in Westfield make it very hard to get to talk at any length about your choices. I now have 5 swatches.

Im happy with the service. I had problem with one of my watch, one ladie solve the problem in 10 minutes. Unfortunately was no batery in stock for my other watch. But generally speak was good service.
