Fossil Store Cardiff

Purchased a watch here as an Christmas gift. The employee that looked after me was helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. Nothing seemed to much trouble. I went back a could of days later to ask about a different box/ gift wrap. The employee remember me and my purchase, she once again helped me and I left the store extremely happy. Would definitely recommend to family and friends based on the awesome store experience.

First visit today and I pretty much knew what I wanted but I had some questions which the staff member was happy to answer.

My biggest compliment has to be that the staff were not too pushy as I had experienced earlier in the Samsung store, this definitely helped me want to purchase from Fossil as I had time to consider my options.

The member of staff happily demonstrated the watch I was enquiring about.
