Excellent client service. I liked a ring they didn't have my size but where able to get one in from another store. David was very helpful and made purchase an enjoyable experience. Thank you I will visit again when I next visit Llandudno.

Great customer service by all but especially the lady called Sylvia. Super efficient and friendly, no request was too big and she was happy to help with choosing and ordering in our wedding rings. Will definitely be back next year for a new bridal set, wouldn't want to go anywhere else now. So impressed 🙂
