We have been customers of The Pure H2O Company since 2004 when we first bought our water filter system. It has been with us in all of our moves and kitchen renovations and each time Pure H2O come and disconnect and reinstall with no problems at all. For the first time recently our water didn't taste quite right, the service we received from Paul Dawson and his team was excellent especially our engineer, Scott, who knew exactly what the problem was and immediately put it right, was a great diagnosis and excellent solution to the problem in super quick time so we can now enjoy our lovely filtered water again. I know so many reviews are only written when people are upset so I wanted to send along my personal experience.

I purchased my Quatreau Tap two years ago and it not only looks great, it works like a charm and tastes fantastic. We use it daily and I feel super lucky to have found just what I needed to complete my kitchen remodel. Over here in the US the RO faucets are an afterthought and the options are few. The quatreau is sleek and so convenient with the extra options of carbonated and boiling water along with the chilled. Thanks Roger for all the great customer service (even with the time difference) whenever I have a question or needed additional parts during install. It's a sign of a great company when the founder cares enough to answer your emails.

Great product and has meant that we could replace the old water cooler with the big plastic bottles which were not environmentally friendly. Because of the location of the tap the fixing did come loose but they came out and fixed this as soon as we contacted them.

The PureH2O system was installed over 2 years ago. My family think both the still and sparkling water, tastes delicious. A number of our friends have also remarked at how good the water tastes.

An added bonus that comes with the PureH2O system is the after sales service. Every staff member that I have dealt with, from the people answering the phones, the engineers, all the way to Roger the CEO, have all been attentive, helpful and have resolved the issues we have had - even on a bank holiday weekend.

We started off with the purifier system a couple of years ago but have since upgraded to the hot, chilled and sparkling tap. The setup is great and we have found the customer service superb. Small teething issue after install but this was rectified immediately. I have to say, its great to see quality products designed and manufactured in the UK as well.

Had my purifier for ten years now. Love the taste. Customer service is great. They always call to remind me when the service is due so I don't have to remember and the technicians are tidy and respectful. Would recommend highly.

We have been loyal customers of Pure H2O since around 1990, when we installed a machine in our health food store in Barnes, southwest London. Between 1990-1998, we sold many thousands of gallons of pure water and many of our customers went on to purchase machines for their own homes. By all accounts, all of those customers were delighted with the product and the fantastic service from Pure H2O, as were we. In 1995 we had a domestic machine installed in our own home and recently upgraded to the wonderful RODI. It is small, compact, quiet, quick and efficient. In over 30 years we can honestly say we have received exemplary service both from the service engineers and indeed, on occasion, from Roger himself. He has always gone the extra mile to ensure quality and customer satisfaction. Friends and family often comment on the pure taste of the water. Tea and coffee and food taste so much better. But more important is the knowledge that our water is free from chemicals and contaminants of all kinds. We feel this is a vital aspect to doing the best for our health that we can. Even our 10 year old “bean to cup” coffee machine has benefitted and has remained clean and scale free.

We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Pure H2O and their products to anyone wishing to improve their health and enjoy clean, pure tasting water. Far, far better and purer than anything you can buy, plus saving on single use plastics that bottled water requires.

The installation was easy - I made sure there was a power supply (std 13Amp 3 pin plug) available (in one of the kitchen cupboards) and Pure H2O did the rest. We went for the RODI+ System and it’s really compact; I got a look inside the casing (whilst a filter was replaced) and it’s a neat design which is really compact and allows the cupboard under the sink to be used for other things as well.
