Boreham House

Boreham House is a lovely reception venue. Would highly recommend!! Had a no quibble time on 14/5/22. Cocktails were on point!; Staff always on hand to serve and everything went smoothly by the looks of it. Fantastic venue for up to 200 or so people. Lovely grounds well kept, with a love hut too.

The entrance is breathtaking. Lots of space for parking. The grounds are kept in pristine condition, the building is spotless, perfect for weddings

Good place for private events like wedding. Attended cousin wedding and everyone in family liked the place.

Excellent place for and indian wedding out doors..a true experience..only comment would be the sun and the glare watching the wedding..maybe change the angle..

Sometimes everything just comes together, the stars align, the planets move and everything just feels perfect, all you need is a perfect setting and Boreham House provides such a setting to give you a momentous occasion.
The grounds are stunning, from the entrance gates, the manmade lake and the long carriage driveway, right through to the main house and the rear gardens, the venue provides a spectacular back drop for life’s most unforgettable events.
The building itself is framed perfectly by the grounds and although the main event took place in a marquee within the rear garden it did not detract from what is a simply stunning venue.
The interior of the house still maintains it’s charm, although some areas could be cleaner and redecorated, it still provides elegance and splendour.
If the weather is right, as it was on our visit then you simply cannot go wrong. The venue was perfect for there of our functions, including a religious ceremony, a civil wedding and then a grand slam wedding party with canapés and drinks on the veranda.
A remarkable venue, perfect for big occasions to give you cherished and unforgettable memories.

Lovely venue and experience. Theresa and the team are Amazing but a couple of things you MUST be aware of:

A lot of additional charges e.g platforms, waste bin collections, in house flowers etc

Really old building so they are really uptight on the day and electrics kept cutting out.

Lot of decorators and caterers don’t like working with them due to access restrictions.

They forced us to cancel a few things last minute even though we paid the deposit thus making us lose more money.

Overall great experience but just have a lot of spare money ready- I just wish we were aware before we booked.

Boreham house is alluring hotel surrounded by greenery and at prime location as well. Beautiful pound located in premises add another feather in the beauty of this hotel. Best location for wedding and other event.
