I visited Fairyhill for my best friends wedding as his best man. The main building and its complement of exquisite rooms were a most welcomed addition to this most special occasion. While the weather was not on our side the panoramic views afforded by the main wedding area made for an enchanting ceremony and enjoyable reception. The staff also were of high calibre and ensured that all guests and weary travellers were catered for diligently. A wonderful place.

My niece had a wedding here it was very nice but there was almost no bins, two toilets and they kicked us out at 10:30am because there was another wedding coming even though we had only finished breakfast at 10:15 and our bus was coming at 12:00.

Went for a wedding, the venue was nice, and the food was amazing. They didn't have any bins around to put rubbish in. Very professional when it came to food service. Rooms on the higher floors were boiling and that made going to sleep a bit of a task. We had a room that slept 4 and there were 2 double beds (would have preferred double 2 singles). Advised to be aware of their stickler for checking out times and breakfast time. Breakfast between 9 and 10 and check out by 10:30, felt like by 10:20 they were trying to kick you out the door. As we were leaving there new guests arriving for another function, wedding again and it felt like they had got the money now to get out and away. Also they overcharged around £300 for the event and be prepared to at least increase the credit limit on your cards (no cash payments on site) for the drinks bill.

We had our wedding at Fairyhill September 2022, the staff were super attentive and the service provided was excellent.

The food service on the day was performed as a military procedure and everyone on the table was served at the same time.

Throughout the lead up to the wedding my wife had many questions and the team were always happy to help and had meetings with us to discuss.

In terms of decorations, we provided a document to Fairyhill to say where we would like things to go and it was set out exactly how we asked.

If you would like something a little different in a venue I would definitely recommend , it felt more intimate and personal.

There was also no need to leave Fairyhill for our photos as it was a lovely place with hidden locations

OMG. What a wonderful venue for our granddaughter’s wedding. Attention to detail was exemplary. Nothing was left to chance. Food was superb, served by excellent staff. Fabulous atmosphere, the lovely walks in the grounds added to the experience. We stayed overnight and enjoyed a gorgeous full breakfast before leaving for home. If you’re looking for a place for wonderful lifelong memories, this will take some beating. Thank you FairyHill.
