On Amanda's Swiss Spring Yoga Retreat I enjoyed this opportunity to relax, be around likeminded and lovely people, enjoy nature and really getting into yoga more. Arriving at the chalet at night was magical! A few of the yoga sessions I really felt like I got more in touch with my body like I haven't before!
Amanda gave us clear information on where to go and the retreat was definitely good value. I would recommend it.

Amanda is a very intuitive trainer, listens to what you want to achieve from the training sessions and knows what exercises you need, as she identifies this early on. I also feel she is very adaptable, as sometimes you feel rubbish, and like you are unable to do much. Still, her cheery and encouraging persona pushes you the right amount, making you feel amazing at the end!
I would, without a doubt, recommend her as a trainer/yoga/wellness coach!

What an experience! Amanda is such a wonderful yoga teacher and has put together an incredibly special event bringing together yoga, swimming and picnicking in the stunning Hempstead heath. Highly recommend and it’s 100% an event you can come to alone, it’s a really lovely way of connecting with likeminded people in London. Looking forward to experiencing some of Amanda’s other events - big fan!

Lovely event with Amanda, perfect shaded spot on the heath, clear instructions and intention setting from the beginning. A lovely way to spend a Saturday morning followed by a refreshing swim in the pond.

I would have no hesitation in recommending yoga on the Heath with Amanda. I booked the session a few weeks ago after seeing it online - I haven’t practiced yoga for over a decade but this was not a problem at all. Amanda was very welcoming and spoke to each participate individually to assess their goals and objectives. I thoroughly enjoyed the session in the open air and it felt great to revisit those yoga postures again and stretch with the breeze and sun on my skin. This is an activity you can do with friends or just as happily on your own as Amanda creates a warm atmosphere. I really enjoyed the swim afterwards too but the water is getting a little cooler.

I highly recommend yoga on the Heath with Amanda. A robust warm up, followed by a lovely yoga class, finishing off with a serene meditation, surrounded by nature. It’s a short walk afterwards to the pond for an invigorating dip. I’ll definitely be back for more.

Amanda is absolutely amazing! Not enough good words to describe her and her expertise! Our company hired her to present at a virtual event recently and she very engaging, knowledgeable, and personable with her presentation. She not only is an outstanding personal trainer, yoga master, and health coach, but a truly sincere individual. Don't go any further.. book a session with her!
