They don't deserve 1☆ but unfortunately I'm not able to give less.
Last May, my then 93yrs old partially deaf dad phoned this company to place an order.
At the point of sale they asked him if he would like their catalogue, he agreed.
Forward 10 months, dad noticed on his bank statement 7x£18.50, plus 1x£69.90 taken from his account and asked if we could find out why.
A lady with an extremely strong accent said dad had been told if he didn't cancel within a time frame he would be charge the yearly subscription.....£69.90 plus a quarterly £18.50, which doesn't add up as they took 7 payments in 10 months.
Fortunately we were able to get dad refunded but it has been stressful for him.
So, please be aware if you buy anything from Easylife and they offer you a catalogue.

An entry has appeared on my credit card 29/09/22 RECURRENT TRANSACTION KENT EASYLIFE £77. I did not authorise this and the Co. have misused my held credit card details. This is a regular practice targeting the elderly.

I’d advise you to steer well clear, this Company took £185.00 from my elderly Mother in Law without her consent. Getting refunded is challenging. Avoid

The product is fabulous, however they need to change their courier hermes, they delivered ours to totally wrong address which was 4 miles away, unoccupied and. The courier fraudulently signed my wife's name as receiving it, and photographed it at a different property. Hermes don't want to know about it.

this company offerings of 10% off as a thank you,special gift is BOGUS because they claim they will deduct it once you pay for your next order in full How can they repay the special gift if you paid by cheque? they can't and don't! But they will make you the same offer again+ offer you a further 10% off on any of the prices you see,when you browse through their catalogue
But don't try deducting the offered
20% yourself because they'll return your cheque, claim the full payment must be paid first and then they'll do the deductions. You will be better off not even bothering to argue with sleasy life!

Each and every time I order from easylife, delivery is hopeless. They use Hermes couriers, who are also useless. My orders always take ages to be delivered.
