Was there last night at a private party, there was only 2 bar staff working the whole night, but they were amazing, the young girl serving even remembered what my order was, brilliant service.

Hmm, not to much to say really, dance floor got very slippery as someone spilled a drink or three, bar was a little expensive but most annoying was the staff member who was vaping behind the bar (signs were up stating no smoking or vaping), gents toilets were very slippery and humid and the hand dryer was broken with its cover missing, plus side the security guy was very pleasant and was happy to assist with a smile, and glass collection guy cleaned up a broken glass immediately.

We have just had the best afternoon, attending a baby shower at Pandoras wine bar in Hornchurch. The function room upstairs was a perfect venue, it looked lovely before you even added the decorations. The bar provided food - it was absolutely gorgeous. Following the trend of the moment with a scrumptious graze table that was delicious. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
We had the added bonus of their monthly karaoke downstairs, so thought it'd be rude not to stay.

Would not give 1 star but had no choice.
Hired for a 30th party. Would not recommend! Seems very unorganised with the “owner” Lorraine being very unprofessional and rude. Paid a security deposit to be refunded 1 week after the event. Following 3 phone calls to chase the refund, I finally received it nearly 2 weeks after.
-Venue dirty and sticky, had to clean it on arrival.
-Staff had requested a music list for the DJ, this was not sent over beforehand.
-Doormen did not arrive until late, had to ask people to leave as they had entered a private party.
-Was told different arrival times by 3 different staff members, not sure if anyone knows what’s going on.
-Was also told the wrong time to return the next day to collect items.

Had a great time here with some old friends, great night, good drinks and lots of dancing. Dropped one star because the toilets were quite dated and very small for a venue this size. All in all though great place for a party..
