Wonderful wines, with two of the most knowledgeable, committed, dedicated and nicest people who own the business. All wines are personally chosen by them, so there are no bad or indifferent ones. This is a real jewel of a business and we treasure it. I wouldn't buy wines anywhere else. Prices are very fair for the wines. Supermarkets charge more for vastly inferior wines. The shop is quite small, but very well laid out. There are plenty of wines to choose from and stock changes to include new wines regularly.
Advice is readily given and there is no snobbery allowed here!!!
Online shop is excellent and very easy to use with all wines listed.
They deliver too.
I dread the day they decide to retire! I'll give up drinking as there won't be an alternative merchant for us.
Thank you Jonathan and Jonathan for everything you've sold us and for all the fun over the years.

Can't recommend it highly enough! We have been regular purchasers from Wines of Interest for some time now. We've always been impressed at the quality of the wine and have never had a bottle that isn't up to expectations - quite the opposite!

You might say, why spend a little more on a bottle of wine when you can buy cheap plonk and drink it? We'd say we can't afford to buy cheap plonk... the money spent is wasted. (And doesn't help the producer.)

You get a lot of bang for your buck if you buy from Wines of Interest - you don't find wines this good in a supermarket aisle. The independent retailer will have your back every time when it comes to the best wines! The owners are very helpful and blessedly knowledgeable about their passion!

An added bonus for vegan and vegetarians, you can safely buy from here, as there is a wide range of vegetarian and vegan wine, with an easy search option for your needs if buying online.

I have been a customer of Wines of Interest for many years and can't rate them highly enough . Not only do they offer a wonderful selection of carefully chosen wines at great value from around the world, but the excellent Sampling Club encourages you to be more adventurous and leave your comfort zone . The highly efficient delivery service has been a lifeline throughout the pandemic , and the excellent labelling of vegan wines gets the thumbs up from my wife ! Add in the friendly service and complete lack of snobbery associated with some wine merchants, and you have the perfect wine shop . Well done Jonathan and Jonathan .. you have my vote .

Excellent selection of high quality wines at affordable prices, sold by two very knowledgeable, but approachable and down to earth owners who know their stuff. Excellent and reliable delivery, a great small business which deserves its many longstanding customers. I have been a customer for more years than I care to remember...

I love dealing with Wines of Interest for both Corporate supplies and personal!! They are very professional, friendly and highly efficient the way they go about things and the quality of the Wine is exceptional. I purchase a lot of wine and always compare prices and again find the value very good as well.

We have been customers of Wines of Interest since Noah was a boy! We cannot rate the two Jonathan’s highly enough for their encyclopaedic knowledge of wine and food combinations. Their carefully curated selections meet both palate and wallet in infinite degrees. They’ve always come up with the goods for food pairing.
During the dark days of the pandemic their service of doorstep deliveries was above and beyond expectations but now glad to be able to pop in to collect wine and put the world to rights whilst still getting doorstep deliveries. Long may they continue

I have purchased approx. 90% of wine from Wines of Interest for at least 20 years and have no desire to alter this trend. The quality of the wines is consistently high as is the service. The sampling club is a great way to get to taste wines that might otherwise have passed me by. My latest sample club find is the False Bay Chenin Blanc that goes down well with all that have tasted it, yet is remarkably cheap at £8 a bottle.

Also, I am very keen to support local independent shops especially if they are selling distinctive & ethically sourced products. And when it comes to wine W-o-I fits the bill nicely.

Always helpful and highly knowledgeable, the two Jonathans make shopping for wine a genuinely pleasurable experience. As with everything else the pandemic has caused a change in their business practices, but, if anything, this has been for the better, and the delivery service is reliable and efficient. Long may it continue!
