Excellent service from start to finish. From initial enquiry to beautiful fitted stove took only two weeks including a chimney survey. Advice was pragmatic and took into account my budget constraints. All communication was dealt with quickly and no question too small or obvious to answer. Contacted Godstone Stoves after seeing some of the previous reviews. Andy and Paul did a fantastic job; opening up the fireplace, installing the stove and hearth and capping off two unused chimneys. I am delighted with the result.

Great service from Godstone Stoves for our new woodburner. Quick and helpful responses from Andy after our initial request for a quote, through to arranging installation and advice on types and suppliers of stoves. Also good information provided in advance about compliance with regulations for the hearth and fireplace surround. Paul was great at the time of installation and provided excellent temporary protection of floors and furniture throughout. At the end of the job they provided all the information needed to get the stove up and running efficiently. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Absolutely delighted with our new multi fuel stove. Andy and Paul did a first rate job on removing what turned out to be a pretty lethal stove with a back boiler, cutting out the pipes and making good before installing the new stove. The job was far more complicated than they’d initially thought because of a previous owners mad plumbing system but they didn’t complain - just got on with it. I’d highly recommend this company.

Godstone stoves are absolutely fantastic, we highly recommend Andy and Paul, they worked really hard on our fireplace, replacing the lintle, doing some brickwork, neatening it all up with plaster and edgeing, and then installed the stove etc. They replaced our broken chimney pot and while they were up there, they noticed some damage to the roof and repaired that too! They're both absolutely lovely guys to be around and really know their stuff. Andy has been excellent on communication, and advising us on what to get, what needed to be done and when I expanded the remit of the work, quickly quoted and got it done! I almost want to do it all again just as the process was so enjoyable. - give them lots of tea, they deserve it! Worth every single penny and more. - before and after photos attached.
