Never got to see my order. The courier firm they use Dogey Parcel Delivery (DPD) lied and said nobody was in on 2 occasions when i was in all day, so beware buying from them if they still use DPD, will go and order elsewhere now.

Unfortunately not a good experience using these guys as the gear I ordered didn't fit properly for me, and I have now I've lost over £10 on delivery and return costs.

Exceptionally helpful and professional. Good stock and quality items. Highly recommended and will be returning.

I ordered work trousers size 36 ( my usual size).they were too small and I returned them for exchange to a size 38.
I messaged them 7 days later to ask about my replacement trousers to be told I had breeched their terms and conditions by removing a string paper tag.
I asked them to send me the correct size and put the tag from those on the other trousers they refused and asked if I wanted the 36 sent back to me.
Avoid.

I bought a couple of t-shirts from here and wanted to return one as I did not like the colour. When I enquired about the return procedure they told me that not only would they not refund my initial postage for the item but that I would also have to pay for the return postage which in totall was more than the cost of the item. I complained to them via email and they kindly agreed to to refund me for both the t-shirts. So whilst not initially happy they have good customer service which means that I would be happy to shop from them again and reccomend to others as customer service is the most important thing in any business esp online retail. If you don't like an item to return should be an easy and straightforward procedure. Thanks to granite workwear for setting matters right!

Great website and friendly staff. My order was very late as it was stuck in port (customs) due to covid measures but the staff were eager to help
