We only stopped for a quick drink but they had real Diet Coke not Pepsi so always a bonus! Very welcoming and it was a lovely day so we sat outside. We came across from Burnham on the ferry which was great fun for the kids.

Lovely setting overlooking the river. Nice staff and good service. However, the cod was probably smallest piece ever been served anywhere, think cigarette package/kids portion size, and at £14 way too expensive. Odd as well being served skin on fries with fish.
Be aware loads of steps if travelling with older people. Bar/Restaurant on first floor Also, toilets and restaurant accessed via exterior stair case and toilets on ground floor

Had a nice day out. Saw seals on the tour boat and managed to get a lift to the over side of the ride on a mini ferry boat to Burnham on crouch

Super marina. Loads of room on the booms. Parking for cars . Easy access.
There's plenty of onshore facilities.
Enjoyed coffee and delicious cake in the Wardroom. Nice view of the marina and River Crouch from the terrace.

We enjoyed a drink on the Wardroom decking but as with a lot of boating communities, there can be the usual clique, but we were warmly welcomed.
You can catch the Burnham ferry or buy a boat. There are a number of walks along the river wall and the RSPB Wallasea not too far away. You can also walk to Lion creek, the circular walk to Canewdon, or join the Roachway walk.

So very helpful!
I needed a venue for a group of mainly retired anglers to have a meal and a drink after our annual competition. The restaurant arranged for staff to stay on for an extra couple of hours to cater for us. The staff were fantastic, especially Lucy who arranged everything.
This is an idea location to have a drink / meal after a walk along the sea wall. Give it a go.
