I have been attending Dornas yoga class for 3 years . Her gentle guidance and knowledgeable teaching is delivered with a light hearted touch and passion and I always feel Dorna is interested in each students personal development . Breathing exercises have had a fantastic impact on my life and I use them to manage stress. My partner and I are both runners and yoga has been invaluable in keeping us strong and avoiding injury.

I was introduced to Pranasana Yoga during the pandemic by a friend. I’d told her about a knee injury I’d had a few months previously and inspite of conventional treatments it was still causing me pain and considerable difficulty with kneeling and squatting.
I am so grateful to Dorna; her Stretch and Meditate classes on a Wednesday and Friday morning have worked magic on my knee which is now totally pain free and the flexibility and strength has fully returned.
I can’t imagine not attending Dorna’s morning classes. She is a very gifted teacher with a beautiful way of expressing how to achieve yoga postures and in particular during meditation. Her classes always energise me and yet at the same time give me an inner peace. I only wish I’d discovered Pranasana Yoga years ago!

Practising yoga with Dorna helps to keep my musculoskeletal problems at bay and brings me calm. She adapts the practice to address our specific concerns. She is very much in tune with our needs and exudes an aura of kindness and happiness. Her Thai massage is also very therapeutic.

Since taking up yoga with Dorna I have seen the benefits not only in my body but also in my mind and soul. I have a subscription that gives me unlimited live and pre-recorded yoga sessions. The times vary and suit everyone's working or nonworking day. On the first session I told Dorna my weak areas, and she not only remembers mine but also everyone else's! Dorna then reminds and adapts them to suit our individual needs.
By Fitbit trackers has even noted my sleep has improved on my yoga nights.
I feel more relaxed and calmer and have used her self help methods regularly.
I highly recommend Pranasana Yoga and di not know how I would manage without it. Namaste 🧘‍♀️

I highly recommend Matt and Dorna's classes. Both are true teachers - experienced, approachable, fun, informative, intuitive and caring. They have a vast depth of knowledge that they continuously share. They practice what they preach. They have something to suit everyone - total beginners or experienced people, on-line and in person. You always leave a class feeling better, whether it's breathing, self massage, meditation or yoga. The world might just be a better place if everyone did some of their classes.

I was so lucky to find Pranasana Yoga while I was looking to start yoga for the first time! After nearly 4 years at Dornas yoga classes I can say how wonderful I feel every time like the first class that it made me continue day after day! The stretches and at the same moment relaxation I receive from the postures at Dornas classes made me feel good everytime. Dorna and Matt are lovely people and I m enjoying every class with them. Relaxing, powerful, energetic, and calming. I would highly recommend Pranasana to anybody who is thinking to start yoga classes!!

I have been practicing yoga for a number of years (nearly 20 years) and had been with with the same teacher for a number of these years. When he decided to no longer teach evening classes, I was perturbed.
You get used to their way of teaching, character and energy.
I was very fortunate to come across Pranasana Yoga.
Although, I have only been attending Dorna's Tuesday evening class for the last couple of month's; I thoroughly recommend her classes.
Her classes are fun and energising, on many occasions I have left her class feeling very calm and revitalised.
Dorna is such a lovely teacher, she brings laughter and joy to the practice; as well as a wonderful yoga practice.
I have been very lucky in all my years of doing yoga to have come across some wonderful teachers, who have shared their wisdom and knowledge.
I have experienced many different types and techniques of yoga / wellbeing and so
happy to continue on my yoga journey with Dorna 💜

I have been willing to start yoga classes for many years but have been unable to find the right time due to the family commitments around my two young children. Starting a very stressful and demanding full time job along with the anxiety around the pandemic fuelled this desire and necessitated the need to look for a way to relax and re-charge as soon as possible. And this is when I found Pranasana Yoga and started attending Dorna’s classes every Tuesday. I realised from the moment I met Dorna how lucky I had been. Dorna is a brilliant teacher with great personality and her classes are relaxing and inspiring. I cannot imagine my life without Dorna’s classes as she brings this amazing energy into our days.
