Clifton Sky Yoga

Had a fab afternoon doing the beginner's aerial yoga workshop with Briony.
Lovely small class of 6 so easy to ask questions and get individual attention. Beautifully taught - Briony inspired confidence and I did things that I didn't think I'd be able to. Loved being upside-down - thank you :)

Absolutely the best yoga studio I’ve ever been to!
Such a great mix of teachers and classes. If you need something slow and relaxing they have it, but also if you want to feel like you’ve really worked your body they have that too!
Would highly recommend to anyone new to yoga, barre and Pilates but equally anyone that already has a practice already.
Possibly my favourite place in Clifton!

Best yoga studio in town!
Have tried a few studios and this one shines above the rest - gorgeous setting, incredibly friendly and supportive staff. There are classes to suit all levels and it really does feel like a super inclusive space to practice. Added bonus is the lovely view of sunshine hitting the outdoor space + staff always seem to be conscious of having really cool music playlists and lovely incense/aromas around the room. I would recommend this studio to everyone and love going to classes here :)

An extremely friendly and welcoming studio which caters to a wide variety of physical and wellness needs. I'm new to aerial yoga and have found it really beneficial as well as fun. Fantastic group of experienced instructors and very flexible booking and membership system. Couldn't recommend more!!

Cannot recommend Clifton Sky Yoga enough! Such a warm, friendly yoga studio and all of the teachers are absolutely fab, Briony made me feel really welcome from the get-go. I’ve been a member here for a few months now and I’ve met some great people through the yoga socials - it’s such a great community to be a part of and I’ll continue to come here for a very long time! x

I've been going to aerial yoga classes at CSY for over a year now, weekly when possible as I absolutely love the studio! Everything about CSY is welcoming and relaxing, and the owner Briony who also teaches the aerial yoga sessions is so knowledgeable and fun! I've even had a private aerial class for my friends there, which everyone loved. Cannot recommend Clifton Sky Yoga enough!

An absolutely brilliant studio! I have been attending aerial yoga classes here regularly for two years and it has become an important part of my life. Briony is so welcoming and the whole studio has a lovely homey feel. I also subscribe to their online yoga group for when I can't make it to the studio. Such an amazing resource of on-demand yoga suitable for all levels. I wouldn't be without it. Join now!

I'm completely hooked on aerial yoga. After my first class, I went home and instantly booked six more. Would definitely recommend giving it a go.

The atmosphere is so chill and welcoming. Plus, everyone there is so friendly, I couldn't stop smiling.

The teacher, Briony, will figure out what works for you and suggest alternatives if you have any injuries. It's ideal for beginners, but there's scope for you to push yourself and try something new if you want.
