What has happened to this lovely pub, steak & ale pie was to die for. Went for meal after Xmas and the meat was tough and tasteless. If new owners sorry but will not be coming back, pity.

Always a warm welcome old traditional country pub nice Guinness big car park biker friendly.

Great local pub with a real community atmosphere. Excellent selection of gins of all sorts of flavours to tickle your tastebuds.
Has garden, pool table, darts and sports on TV.

Really good pub, perfect place to stop over for coffee on a country walk. Excellent cappuccino. Offer outdoor seating.

Stopped off on walk . Nice well kept cider here will definitely stop off again.

A big thanks to Claire and Christian for opening the pub specially for our walking group this lunchtime. As usual the Pedigree was on top form and Christian made us feel really welcome.
I would heartily recommend this pub to other walking groups and indeed any other customers; even if you have to wait until 5pm normal opening time, the wait for the Pedigree will be well worth it. 👍👍

Lovely country pub also great choices of drinks. Gin especially served in a big gin glass with fresh fruit. Very enjoyable. Dogs welcome

The best place in the village to go for a friendly tipple, down to earth people and a lovely pint, what more could you want.
