Cholmeley Arms

Enjoyed this little gem so much that I've returned several times. Wonderful rooms. Delicious breakfast. Good food with varied dinner options. Great pub with lots of outdoor seating. Beautiful village surroundings. Very accommodating hosts.

My wife and I travel all over the world and stay in beautiful hotels. We decided to try The Cholmeley Arms as it was very near to an early morning meeting. Tbh we would normally have stayed in a larger hotel.

We were glad we gave it a chance as it was fantastic.

Great room, very clean and comfortable.
Great, no, amazing food, we had dinner, which was fresh and delicious, plentiful, along with a fantastic menu.
The breakfast was the best we had had, eleven out of ten. :)

Staff, awesome and the owners are very friendly. We are both looking forward to staying over again. Well done!!

Stayed here for a couple of nights. Absolutely fantastic, great rooms, clean and fresh, the food was outstanding, beautifully prepared and very large portions. Staff were lovely, very friendly place. Highly recommended.

Great village pub. Food was amazing and the prices are good for the quality of food and service you get. The farm shop and butchers on site are very good too with a wide range of ambient products available and a good selection of local quality meats.

We've been visiting for a few years, and the reason we keep going back is the food, it's excellent. Good honest hearty home cooking, good portions, lots of flavour. The Cholmeley makes going out to eat something to look forward to and thoroughly enjoy, hats off to the chefs.

I have to say this is the best meal at a pub restaurant I have ever had,everything was fantastic starter,main meal and sweet course and good value,staff very good nothing to much trouble.

Simply the best! The owners are just wonderful, the food matches too. We look forward to coming here, its always the first place we think of when we want to go out!
