We’ve had a lovely time staying here. The room was comfortable & clean with everything you needed. Owners were helpful & friendly. We thought the food was really great & would definitely recommend eating here, as where the delicious breakfasts. Eggs perfect & bacon & sausage good quality. Nice outdoor seating with bird watching at the back of restaurant

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was decent and the food was perfectly cooked and delicious, albeit quite pricey (but you expect to pay high prices these days). Their fish and chips is the best I've ever had in any restaurant. Most of the staff were very friendly and smiley - even the manager (I think we must've caught her in a good mood)! We were definitely made to feel welcome and relaxed. I wouldn't describe the garden as 'stunning' as described on the large sign, it's just a big lawn, but it's nice!

I stayed for just 1 night whilst in the area on business. Room 15 was warm and comfortable with everything I needed. I slept very well in my super-king size bed and the shower was great. I dined in the restaurant and couldn’t fault my meal. (I highly recommend the braised blade of beef with bourguignon sauce if you can’t decide what to get!) Breakfast in the morning was equally tasty (eggs Benedict). The staff were all welcoming and pleasant. If I ever return to the area I will most definitely stay here again. It’s a 10 out of 10 from me!

Lovely hotel and restaurant, in the heart of the Cotswolds. Staff super friendly, especially the guy covering the restaurant.

Rooms can be a little noisy if you're on the bottom floor, and if you're close to the road.

Would definitely return.

Lovely pub in a gorgeous part of the Cotswolds.

Popped in this place after a walk around the Snow Drops next door, thought it would be really busy but it was fine.

Vegetarian options on a Sunday are not the greatest, however I went for the red lentil curry, which was beautiful. Definitely a dish I recommend.

The service was ok, it took a while for our drinks to arrive, and we had to chase them, but other than that it was pretty good.

Overall, it's a great pub, with some lovely dishes albeit lacking in veggie options.

A very lovely pub. It is right next to the Snowdrop display if you go there in Feb. The menu is reasonably priced, we ate 2 courses and had a pint for £25 each
The food tasted great, although the vegetarian options were a bit limited for my partner.

A little gem in the Cotswolds. Easy to get to, and a lovely building and surroundings with character features and open fires. Very friendly and helpful staff and excellent food and drinks. The menu is reasonably extensive and has interesting dishes, and there are always a few specials to tempt you too. A number of good draft beers that are well kept, and a good range of other drinks as well. A most enjoyable experience.

This pub is our favourite. It’s has a village pub atmosphere but with a slight sophisticated edge. Food is always great from snacks to roasts on Sunday and staff are always friendly and helpful. Hard to beat.
