Fox & Hounds

A cosy warm place in the winter. A nice well kept garden in the summer months. A very well kept real ale, the best for miles around, with friendly locals and staff. My new regular pub that I travel 2.5 miles to get to and we'll worth the effort.

Probably is a good pub but unfortunately our experience wasn't a good one. They wernt taking cards ,cash only and 0.6 mile walk to the nearest atm so we didn't go back, shame the live band was rocking.

It was the opening day which was a little chaotic. Once it is up and running it will be a lovely little family pub

Visited for the first time today after staying away due to it going down hill.
Its lovely and inviting, we were made to feel very welcome, new owners are great.
We will certainly be back soon.

Lovely local pub, friendly staff and great atmosphere. The Tall Chef street food pop up was amazing. Yorkshire pudding wrap, all your roast dinner needs in a wrap stuffed to the brim with meat, veg, stuffing and gravy and some roast potatoes and pot of gravy on the side 😋 with the best gravy I have ever tasted look forward to becoming a regular and the chocolate brownie was to die for although I did have to take it home as full up after my wrap. Love love love this chefs food 😀

Great pub great banter and great landlords drunk in this pub when I worked in Southampton when I stayed with my dad really good atmosphere and good pint miss this place and the lovely weather I’m back in Scotland now but if I return too Southampton will be back for a pint always made too feel welcome

Use to be a lovely little pub but has seen better days needs a new face lift and some repairs also got rude customer what also let's the pub down but the staff are lovely
