Stopped for something small for lunch.
Was busy, but only a short wait for a table and Service was lovely and also timely.
Wine was and food was very enjoyable, we plan to return and bring family.

Beautiful location, lovely building, excellent food and service. It was scenic, relaxing, and the food we ordered was out to us very fast. Would definitely come again if I was in the area.

Wow! We have just returned from Sunday lunch here. Having emailed beforehand to let them know I am vulnerable to Covid they were extremely helpful with a table outside or a covered area that was secluded and separate to other guests if it rained. They were also extremely helpful with regards my being gluten and dairy free.
We came with our dog and 10 year old daughter. The staff were incredibly helpful and personable but most importantly the food was AMAZING! The salt and pepper chicken wings are so delicious (however many you order I guarantee it won't be enough). My husband and I had roast beef which melted in the mouth, the best roast beef I have eaten out, ever. My daughter had the roast pork, I can't tell you what this was like as she wouldn't share it, which I assume meant it was delicious!!! It certainly looked good. The sorbets were delicious and my husband had Sticky toffee pudding which frankly didn't stay in the bowl long enough for me to ask if it was nice, lol. Is this the cheapest place to have Sunday roast? I would hazard a guess that it isn't. But its certainly worth it. I rarely write reviews but we so enjoyed it I felt it important to do so, I just wish we lived nearer.
(NB there are resident cats and lots of guests bring dogs to the garden, they are very dog friendly.)

Brilliant to find this pub, great food and was very popular today. Deserves it's great rating. The fish and chips best we've had in Britain and the beef burger was unique and excellent.

We booked the Seven Tuns in August for some of our wedding guests to eat and it certainly didn’t disappoint! They held the function room upstairs for the guests, so they could all eat together and be merry. The food was delicious by all accounts and many of them said they would definitely return. Simon and the team were very good at communicating and were always helpful. Thank you so much!

We stopped by en route home and it was very much worth it. Great hospitality, delicious friend chicken, lovely juicy mussels and an amazing pie. Definitely worth the trip.

Lovely secluded old pub deep in the Cotswolds in the village of Chedworth. Three draft ales on when I visited including Otter ale. Didn't eat but the menu looked appetising and reasonable. It's on their web site.
Friendly staff and three ghosts allegedly. An interesting building with plenty of heritage, and history given it is opposite the village church. Nice garden and seating area partially occupied by a marquee given the times we live in.
An essential stopping off point on the circular walk 4 miles? which takes in the Chedworth Roman mosaics, the Midland and South West junction railway remains including tunnel portal and a former airfield. ( The section from Chedworth to the airfield is muddy all year so pub first!).
