I love this pub. Very local as opposed to the big one up the road. Very friendly staff and good service. Food menu is not massive but good value, and has something for everyone. The beer garden is lovely, with a nice view over to the cricket pitch across the stream. Definitely worth a visit!

This pub has just been taken over by the lovely Vicki and Tony. It is so full of olde world charm, with lovely beams and sloping floor. It’s gorgeous, just so quirky! The atmosphere is warm and friendly and the garden is beautiful, with a little wooden bridge going over the river to the cricket pitch. Amazing location.

If you want an authentic pub with a local feel then The Eagle ticks the boxes. It is simply a proper pub with quality beers served by warm friendly welcoming staff. What more do you want from a pub? The food offer is simple but tasty .. paninis, sandwiches and nachos a perfect supplement to a good pint. Plus it has a great garden overlooking the playing fields beyond. Perfect.

Nice location overlooking the cricket ground, nice setting, very friendly staff but really really overpriced food ! Although the focaccia was fresh, it had fresh pesto on it but to pay £7.00 for this one slice of bread is just too much

Such a friendly and amazing pub. On the beautiful Broadway Street and with a really nice garden at the back. Huge field at the back that can also be accessed directly. The food is great and served with a smile by the real friendly team. The owner himself came out and spoke to us and also told us he's got another pub at Wycombe. I look forward to visiting that on my next walk... And come here again too 🙂
