Market House

Greeted outside by friendly owner/manager and security staff. Live music was great and despite being busy we were served quickly. All staff were friendly and helpful.
Pleasantly surprised at the range of ages with a real mix of young and old all having a good time.
Would definitely go back.

Went in for a few drinks before our meal in town, aesthetics were great. Great modern pub feels. Nice outside, balcony smoking area which is good.
The barman asked if we wanted top ups on our wine which was a nice touch.
Rose wine was sweet and nice.

Great place, live music, good atmosphere. I will be back, thanks for a great night. Toilets good, nice decor and a little seating area at the front. All nice aspects.

I've always liked the establishment. Nice vibes and ambience. Normally go on Friday night for dinner with my best mate. Must have been 15-20 times and never have I had a bad experience.

I visited The Market House on Saturday lunchtime. My daughter and I shared 5 small plates £28 and they were really tasty. They were well presented. The duck tostados were amazing and so was the roast beef. I would highly recommend having food there. Also great atmosphere and lovely staff.

Had the most amazing food here pre England match. Was passing through after touring holiday around Kent. Made to feel so welcome by Claire. She chatted to us and went out her way to ensure we were happy with our food and that the chef made allowances for food allergy. The food was superb. The service was worthy of the highest award! The staff were all so happy to be there, they were jolly, friendly and came across like a big happy family. Just loved it. Recommend to the highest possible degree! Go!

Went in on the 16/12/22 for our work's Christmas meal and had a lovely time.
Attentive and chatty staff, can see the food being prepped which is a nice touch.
It was warm and inviting inside.
Despite living close to Maidstone this was the first time I'd actually been in the Market House and really enjoyed it.
Nicely decorated inside, clean and tidy all through and the food was wonderful!!

Pulled pork is amazing. Would recommend the loaded chorizo fries.
Went back Friday night, great atmosphere with a local band playin. Cod and chips were perfect.
