This is a lovely place to eat, with a play area and seating area outside, one seating area had a cover over it and the other was near to the play area, We had a carvery which is the Sunday menu and it was delicious, had a choice between 4 meats, and a variety of different vegetables with a range of different sauces aswell, it did get very busy while we were there around 1.30pm so I would advise booking as there may be a wait if you don't pre book.

The WBC hosted our end of season steam Road run, we managed to up at least 12 vintage vehicles,, and associated living accommodation in the car park, the 3 course carvery meal was fantastic and was managed with precision, to feed the crews 50+ individuals. Many thanks Georgie and your team, we where struggling trying to book a taxi after to our accommodation further up the road and Georgie took us in her own car, you are a star , thank you very much we really appreciated your help.

Really enjoyed our meals here. Limited amount of items to choose from, which we like. Great service. A little pricey but well worth it.

Amazing carvery, Georgie & the team are so friendly and attentive, Faye gave us a great wine recommendation which was lovely.
Food was hot and fresh, definitely one of the best carveries around, will be back 100%

And the carvery here was delicious.

We were on a coach trip. The food was great. Lovely and hot carvery. The only downside was. When asked staff for WiFi. Sent to another side of the bar. I waited over 10 minutes to get servered. Then told to go back to another queue for drinks. Other than that. Nice pub and surroundings.
