Old Bell

We ate the food before even thinking of taking pictures! A lovely old pub, loads of nooks and crannies. The staff are lovely and friendly. Thanks for an enjoyable evening.

A fun quiz on Thursdays and the beer is good. Food I haven't tried but there's a good menu and looks great. Nice atmosphere and sports on too. All one needs from a booza!

Great pub, great staff and a great time all round. Always love a visit to The Old Bell for a good beer and the staff always make you feel welcome. The pub has character and charm and with its elements of history is a great place to visit. Oh and the beer isn't too bad either, time for a pint I think.....

Wonderful service and amazing food, vegan burger for both me and my partner. Very happy about the selection of alcohol free drinks, first time drinking 0% red in a pub!

Had a great night out at the Old Bell on Friday. A large choice of drinks, very reasonably priced and the staff were super welcoming. Will definitely be coming back to try the festive food they have available. Looks amazing! Totally recommend!

Lovely little spot! Felt very cosy on the inside, and service was great. Food was good. Tasty cocktails. Staff all seemed very pleasant. Looks charming from the outside too. A nice little find, on our very short stay in Hemel Hempstead.

Recommend a visit. Food is delicious. Staff are welcoming and make you feel as if you are a regular customer. They take time to make recommendations if you are not sure of your choice of food. All of our order was piping hot when it arrived and completely delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and will be returning.

Me and my fiancé came for dinner, we were greeted by lovely friendly staff, we hadn’t booked a table but they still managed to fit us in and sat us at a nice cosy table. The table was cleaned to a high standard. We both order the Alabama BBQ bacon burger which is new on the menu and it was cooked to perfection and tasted delicious. We were both so impressed with the mains that we both ordered dessert, I had the Triple chocolate brownie and my partner had the Bramley apple & blackberry crumble pie, both tasted great. We will most definitely be coming back.
