Nice, traditional local pub with great outdoor seating area. Traditional pub grub but at reasonable prices, and decent quality / cooked well. Gammon, pineapple, egg & chips is a guilty pleasure!

Decent selection of well-kept ales under £5. A good option if you’re in the area.

Visited this wonderful pub this afternoon with my family for a Sunday lunch having been recommended by friends. We arrived with high expectations and we’re not disappointed!!

The roast diners were fantastic. The cooking and presentation of the food was great and portions were very generous. The staff were well informed, attentive and great with the kids.

Overall this place is a fantastic experience and great value for money. I have no doubt we will be back soon!

Always have an amazing night here especially at the karaoke! So much fun and it’s so nice to see the bar staff get involved. Favourite drink is a g&t and got pleasantly surprised at the price! Fully recommend this place the team is doing such a great job xx

Came here again last Saturday afternoon with a couple of friends (it was my first time back in a while) and I’ve got to say I was mightily impressed. I ended up having a bite to eat and had the katsu curry which tasted delicious, the portion size was generous too. The staff were tentative and friendly with special mention to Yasmin who was a delight. I work in the pub industry myself, so I know how hard it is to get things right. Great visit and I will be back.

Nice local pub with decent food and an excellent outdoor seating area. The app is easy to navigate and the food arrived fairly promptly. Their indoor atmosphere was somewhat stuffy - could do with more ventilation, yes, bring in more fresh air. After our meal we went into the beer garden, so nice we stayed for another round of drinks! We will do al fresco dining the next time we visit.

Nice and clean pub over all but there is few issues which I think it can be easily solved by the Managment,
long waiting time to get serve at the bar and the food specially on football events date
food quality not great and over priced. Kitchen get closed to early and most of time some of the food on the menu not available.
Hope it get sorted.

Table service was exceptional- Attentive, polite and considered every need and meet to high standards.

We didn’t have any cash tip sadly we told him, to his reply - Not to worry and do come back next time as away to say thank you.

Generally this is a nice pub, the atmosphere and staff are friendly. However, this is let down by the cleanliness, especially in the men’s toilets as at least two/three of the urinals were blocked and full of urine. There was also no soap to wash your hands after being in a room full of stale urine. I’m not a clean freak but this was a little off putting.
