Had a roast which was not nice at all. Dry and the small bit of gravy there was, was lumpy! I had a Chicken & Beef duo, the beef was okay but the chicken smelled and tasted off.
Lack of good customer service. Nobody came back to ask if the food was okay.
Would maybe come back for drinks as they have cocktails as cheap as £5 but as for the food very unlikely.

Great pub, as long as you don't plan on washing your hands after going to the toilet

Very clean and bright. Good choice of drinks. Good choice and variety of food at reasonable prices.

Lack of staff and lack of telling customers what goes on. Had to clean up our own tables and waited an hour and 15 minutes for food (kids came the latest) then 30 mins for dessert (which they told us 15 mins in that there was no treat). All of this on my brother's birthday, can you try and have better service for customers to be aware when their food will come?

Part of Green King, good value for drinks, always two craft beers on draught on top of the usual 3 cask ales and standard lagers. Good selection of Gin. Board games available, seating outside both front and back plenty room, although not hugely pretty areas. Mayor football games screened, several screens so there are options to watch more than one game.

Fantastic! Great place to have a drink or a meal. I ordered the double beef burger with egg. The atmosphere was electric and the service was fantastic! The landlord greeted us warmly and let us know they are showing the AJ vs Ruiz boxing match, on the 7th. Free for everyone to come down and meet some former boxing champions who will be there on the night.

Over the moon with the function we arranged for yesterday which was for my partners late Grandmothers wake. We booked in for the function room which is upstairs. Meghan was an absolute delight, she had everything set up for us for when we arrived after the service. She had rearranged the tables for us and had flowers laid out on all of them, the food was laid out for us which was brought in by family members. After all of the switching of managers and her taking it on last minute she did an amazing job, we couldn’t have asked for anyone better.

Large pub. Looks like recent decor. Very hot and stuffy. It's a shame, but other than one other couple, the place seemed to be favoured by lone older men watching the football. No music or atmosphere. Beer was cold though!
