Good pub with a nice pint, the food in here is really good but a little expensive for a lunch menu. Chips dont come with your meal so you have to order them separate which obviously bumps the price up a couple of quid. They also do poker nights occasionally and they are great fun.

Not going to lie after reading the reviews and recently moving to the area this doesn't sound like the place for me. I saw a man lieing unconscious outside a few weeks ago too. Bouncers sound horrendous. Although it's harsh for me to leave feedback when I've never actually been but not for me thanks!!!

For the Function room: I hired this space for my 40th and was very pleased with how the party turned out. The space was everything I needed and it was in a very convenient location for the majority of my guests, who were coming from all over. Staff were very helpful and accommodating from Management to bar staff. Range of drinks wasn't exactly what I wanted but it didn't detract too much from an excellent and very memorable event. Thanks to all the team there

Great place,great prices,staff really appreciate your business food pretty good too.

Hired the venue for a party. When we arrived to put up the decorations, the place had nit been cleaned, including the toilets.
Later, there was a bit of confusion with 1 teenager and instead of the staff to communicate with us, they decided to shut the party with no warning and we lost 2 hours we had paid for.
Their communication skills leave a lot to be desired

Very weird place, went in and asked if they were open....no was the answer but it was full of people drinking at 5pm...all looked like gangsters.

Food was ok. Fosters at £2.50 is decent , but 1/2 a fosters for the misses was £2.75. Don’t understand the logic behind this ? Tables could do with a clean but overall ok.

Just seen the statement you released regarding "the man falling" You know that's a lie. Pretty disgusting behaviour. For anyone reading this, a pair of bouncers knocked a man down twice, then whilst he was getting up, kicked him in the head unconscious.
