As a frequent visitor to this establishment, I can say the staff I encounter here are top class. Great food, beer and sports. Always welcoming with a smile and willing to help. Special mentions go to... Mia, Carmenella, Brandon, Joe and Stacey

Didn’t like this pub before. Definitely like it even less now.
Staff want to serve there mates instead of 12 of us (family not a bunch of hooligans) who were willing to spend a lot of money. We left & went to a far better establishment that welcomed us & served us.

Had a great time with my friends on Saturday night, good music, good cocktails, average prices for the area.

Only 1 star knocked off as we wanted to order bottles of spirits for our table, and the bar staff said they didn't sell them - it's a reoccurring theme, as every time I go there I have the same conversation that they do, they speak to a manager and then it gets sorted.

The staff are always polite as well, so it is a minor issue.

Was greated by a rude and aggressive security guard who demanded ID and threateningly pushed us backwards and told us to backoff despite us all being around 50 years of age. A second guard stepped in to deal with us more professionally having witnessed his colleagues inappropriate behaviour.
The place was more like a cattle market for the over 50s than a classy venue. Badly lit with spilled drinks over the sticky and dirty floors and tables.
Bought the 2 for 1 cocktail offer and was given 2 glasses of passion fruit martini that was insufficient to even fill 1 martini glass when added together. I actually did this and found the measure still approximately 1cm short of the glass lip.
Found the bar staff rude and miserable so moved onto another venue in Hornchurch.
Definitely would not return and advise others to avoid the place it really is a low class dive.

Best sports pub in area. Staff are amazing. Friday and Saturday DJ's are really good. Our favourite venue for big night out!

We visited at lunchtime. Only had mac and cheese, but it was freshly cooked and tasty. The pub seemed clean enough, but I think perhaps the staff could do with a bit of training in customer service.

Fantastic night out last night. Would 100% recommend paying a visit. All of the staff are lovely and warm welcoming. Overall lovely bubbly environment to be in.

Popped in for a quick drink, the place was warm, clean and the staff very polite
