Grove Farm - Dining & Carvery

Realy lovely Food, very frieandly Staff, lovely choice on menus, good Variety of sweets, food was fresh hot and tasty.

Good choice veg including 4 difrent Potato, sliced new, including roast in Beef Driping, well worth trying book ahead, as it gets very busy.

Toast and sausages could be better
Also close earlier than advertised time.
Staff very helpful and atmosphere good.

Carvery was delicious and very fairly priced- got the standard veggie pie option and the pie was massive! Staff were lovely, Gordon in particular was very helpful in bringing us some takeaway boxes for our leftovers and had a lovely chat with him. Hadn't been here before but will definitely be returning in the future as we had a fantastic time!

Couldn't fault the Carvery great value, or the Desserts. Staff were really friendly, especially a staff member by the name of Gordon, he was so friendly and chatty, and recommended
We had our dessert heated to gain the full flavours (he wasn't wrong) he then gave me a box to take the dessert I'd left home, the portions are enormous!! He couldn't have been more attentive to our table look forward to returning very soon, I hope Gordon will be on shift again.

They do a nice carvery and value for money isn't too bad. Bit out of the way and not so easy to get to but good for a family outing or celebration.
Staff are friendly and helpful.

I went with a party of 22 People for my Son's 15th Birthday, which I had pre-,booked. All the staff were so very welcoming, and was able to make the space available for my family, it was very organized. The restaurant was busy, and still the food was plentiful and they would refresh regularly. The staff brought my Son's cake to us after our wonderful Carvery, singing Happy Birthday and taking a whole group pictures for us.
All my family were happy and added that they had been to many Carvery's and your food and service out shines the rest.
We will definitely be returning Thank You.

Went for carvery.. they do 3 different sizes so great for any appetite.. the food was lovely and at a great price.

I'm splitting hairs here, for me it was four and a half stars, the meal was excellent, I had the beer battered fish & chips which was piping hot just like it's meant to be,it was delicious and was well worth five stars on its own, the only flaw as I saw it,they didn't clear the table quick enough after we had finished eating, consequently nobody had a sweet and there was about 25 of us.
Don't take this too badly though I was really impressed with the first course and I will certainly be back, the other thing I noticed was,I saw one person go up to the carvery from our 25,that struck me as unusual, but that could be a trend or we are unusual, I really don't know.
