Lovely atmosphere, had quite a sweet sauvignon blanc my taste is more dry but it was palatable. Reasonably fast service very polite server's too.

This is our chillout at the end of a busy night pub. Super friendly staff and always a special offer to save on the night out. Love the atmosphere and you can just sit and relax. Highly recommended 👌

Came here for something to eat and a drink. Had the hunters chicken. The chicken itself was good. The chips were ok. The staff were nice.

Great pub ,few steps to gain access,you walk into the bar where their are tables and chairs for dining and just a drink, their are other rooms in the back,food was excellent and good portion size , steak pie was really nice , reasonable price too

The pub was pleasant, comfortable, warm and well lit. Plenty of room to sit and although the bar was busy service was prompt and friendly. there was a good range of beers, cask, keg and bottle as well as a great range of soft drinks and nice choice on the top shelf. The food menu was extensive and although it was late in the day and over the holiday period only a couple of the dishes were unavailable. Food was served promptly and of a great quality.

Lovely traditional pub. I had surf and turf and steak was cooked perfectly and very tasty. Homemade chips were amazing. Good price too. Would definitely go back if visiting the area again.

Food was lovely and the lady we had was great at serving us and checking on us while eating, it was a nice atmosphere to be in when starting the new year.
